Tim Crews

Project Manager in the Information Services department within ALCS

Tim graduated from the Pamplin College of Business in 2006 with a degree in Business Information Technology (Decision Support Systems).  Following graduation, Tim began his career in Information Technology with Philip Morris USA in Richmond, Virginia.  In 2008, he became an employee of Altria Client Services (ALCS) when the operating company was created to provide Altria Group and its companies with high-quality services in a financially disciplined way.  Over the past 13 years Tim has served in various roles with the emphasis on support and solution delivery for Enterprise & Web Content Management Systems, End User Computing, On Premises and Cloud Hosted Solutions, Custom Websites, etc...  Tim is currently a Project Manager in the Information Services department within ALCS who is focused on delivering business value through Information Technology and dedicated to impacting positive change across his organization.  Tim resides with his wife and two boys in Glen Allen, VA.  (4 year term; ending spring 2022)
