Dania Rivas

Dania is a Staff in the Commercial Technology Consulting Practice of EY. She is based out of the McLean, Virginia office. Dania is also a recent Virginia Tech graduate from the Class of 2020. Since she has been at EY, she has gained experience on a Supply Chain Transformation project, focusing on recommending Industry 4.0 solutions to manufacturing clients across South America. More recently, she has been working with clients in the Media & Advertising industry, on Financial Performance Improvement projects. These include an SAP-enabled engagement, concentrated on SAP deployment to the clients' offices in Latin America and a cost reduction benchmarking effort. Dania is also a part of EY’s Latinx Professional Network, where currently serves as the Networking Chair. In her free time, Dania enjoys spending time with her friends and family, crafting, and exploring new restaurants in the DMV area.
