Jun Wong

Jun is a Technical Account Manager at Qualtrics. Jun acts in a consulting role with a strong background in NLP, data analytics, and customer and employee experience management. He specializes in driving value to companies in the airline, financial, retail, and healthcare industries to enhance their customer experience through data-driven insights. Upon graduating in 2022, Jun has been highly involved in the Hokie Community and is a member of the BIT Emerging Leaders Board (ELB). Jun continues to enjoy VT Basketball and VT Football and when visiting Blacksburg enjoys getting food and drinks at Sharkey's. Jun is currently residing in Arlington, VA.
