Alice Jang

Biography

Alice Jayoung Jang is an Assistant Professor of Business Information Technology in the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech. She received a Ph.D. in Information Systems from Boston University, an M.S. in Business Technology Management from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), and a B.B.A from Sungkyunkwan University in South Korea. Her research interest includes collective intelligence and information diffusion in social networks, human-AI collaboration, and online community designs. Her research has been published in a top journal, Organization Science.
