Jiayi Liu

Biography

Jiayi Liu is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Information Technology at the Pamplin College of Business, Virginia Tech.  She received her Ph.D. in Information Systems and Operations Management from Emory University. Her research focuses on healthcare operations, health IT, and public health policy. Her research has been published in leading journals including Management Science, Manufacturing and Service Operations Management, and Production and Operations Management.
