Kim Leggette

Kim Leggette is a Principal in Deloitte Consulting’s Government & Public Services practice, serving within the AI & Engineering portfolio. She leads engineering projects for the Defense, Security & Justice practice, with a primary focus on the U.S. Navy. She currently oversees Deloitte’s NAVSEA business and supports delivery across the Navy and the broader industrial base.

Kim has more than 18 years of experience guiding major IT implementations that enhance mission capabilities. Her background includes managing large-scale system design, configuration, and deployment efforts for both custom and commercial off-the-shelf solutions, as well as leading agile teams, product management, and complex program execution.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Technology from Virginia Tech, specializing in Decision Support Systems. Kim lives in Washington, DC with her husband, Justin (a fellow Hokie), and their dog, Pepper.
