Craig Lyons graduated from the Pamplin College of Business with a bachelor’s degree in business information technology in 2007. Since then, he has amassed over 15 years of technical and business consulting experience. Craig's expertise lies in delivery, customer success, and technical deployment, with a particular specialization in optimizing customer experience.
Craig is a Veteran of the US Navy, specializing in electronics, after Virginia Tech, he started his career at Clarabridge, where he achieved the position Senior Vice President of Professional Services until it’s final acquisition in 2020. Currently, he is the Sr Vice Presidency’s of Customer Success for the America’s at Qualtrics.
Craig Lyons lives in Ashburn, Virginia, with his wife (VT ’07) and their two children.
