Nidhi Panchasara

Nidhi Panchasara is the Vice President of Cybersecurity & Information Technology at Evolver, where she directs the company’s strategy, drives technological innovation, and ensures public sector clients stay ahead of advanced, emerging threats. Her 25+ year "GovCon" career is defined by a deep-seated passion for public sector service, rising through the ranks of federal contracting by tackling increasingly complex technological, operational and leadership challenges. Her professional superpower lies not only in translating complex technological transformations into resilient, secure operational realities, but in deeply understanding the customer’s mission and solving their toughest problems by building, mentoring, and empowering highly effective, passionate teams. As a recognized thought leader in federal IT modernization, Nidhi recently co-authored key whitepapers addressing Federal AI implementation and Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC).

Throughout her career, Nidhi has established a history of delivering critical mission support and driving strategic resilience across DHS, DISA, and the Department of Defense. Prior to joining Evolver, she served as the DHS Client Executive for NTT DATA. There, she championed mission success across a diverse federal portfolio (including CISA, CBP, and USCIS) and successfully spearheaded critical business resilience and support during the COVID-19 pandemic with a fully remote workforce. Her executive leadership spans previous senior roles at Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII), TurningPoint Global Solutions, and Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC). Throughout this journey, Nidhi has built a leadership culture that inspires technical excellence and empowers her teams to drive innovation in support of customer mission success—achievements recognized by her receipt of the NTT President’s Club Award and multiple CSC Excellence Awards.

A double Hokie, Nidhi graduated from the Virginia Tech Pamplin College of Business with a Bachelor's Degree in Management Science and Information Technology ('97) and an Executive MBA ('07). Committed to giving back to her community, she serves on the Virginia Tech BIT Advisory Board, where she is passionate about coaching and mentoring the next generation of IT and cybersecurity leaders. She spends late summers and fall, consumed with her duties volunteering for the Rock Ridge High School Marching Band.  Outside of her professional pursuits, Nidhi enjoys hiking, shopping, watching movies, cooking, and spending quality time with her husband and two teenagers in Northern Virginia.
