Scott McConaghie

Scott graduated from the Pamplin College of Business in 1994 with a degree in Management Science/Decision Support Systems (now Business Information Technology).  Upon graduating, Scott joined Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) in Washington DC where he has built his expertise over 23+ years of Systems Implementation and Program & Project Management experience with a focus on large scale engagements.  Scott started his career in the Communications & High Tech (C&HT) Operating Group working on clients such as Bell Atlantic/Verizon, Network Solutions, and XM Satellite Radio.  He transitioned into the Health & Public Service Operating Group and has previously worked at the U.S. Department of Education.  Scott is currently an Associate Director within Accenture Federal Services where he currently leads the Program Management Office for the Defense Agencies sub portfolio and is PMP certified.    Scott currently resides with his wife and three boys in Centreville, VA.   (3 year term; ending spring 2021)
