Phillip Moore

Phil is the current Chair of the BIT advisory board. He received his undergraduate degree in Accounting Information Systems in 2000 and his Masters of Accountancy in 2001 from the Pamplin College of Business and is a CPA, CISA, and PMP.  He is a Partner at Kearney and leads their Federal IT Assurance and Security practice. He has served as project leader with responsibility for federal go to market activates, recruiting, practice development and training, and is the lead partner for IT audits and consulting projects for large U.S. Federal Government agencies.  (4 year term; ending spring 2021)
