Ty Enmark
Ty Enmark has more than 20 years of experience providing leadership and managing large scale business and technology modernization programs. Ty has significant experience developing strategy, implementation plans, and overseeing developing software applications and enterprise capabilities for both commercial and Government organizations. He is responsible for leading KPMG’s Federal Enterprise Services practice, Federal Alliances, Technology delivery across the Department of the Navy, and is the Housing and Urban Development Account lead. He also serves as the KPMG Network of Women (KNOW) chapter Co-Champion for the DC-Tysons market.
Ty has significant experience providing oversight and management to Government contracts focused on technology, including cloud modernization, application development / configuration / implementation, and Intelligent Automation (Robotics Process Automation, Machine Learning, etc.). Ty’s experience includes effectively working with the executive-level teams to define strategies and business objectives, facilitating tactical work sessions, and defining business and technical roadmaps. Ty’s direct experience in the modernization of processes and technology for Federal Government clients has led to reduction in process time, increased satisfaction with internal and external stakeholders, and new capabilities to support the mission.
